Response time
Within two working days, staff from the Hikrobot Security Response Center (HSRC) will confirm receipt of the vulnerability report and begin to assess the issue.

Within five working days, HSRC staff will address the issue and provide a conclusion. If necessary, they will communicate with the reporter to confirm details and request assistance.
